Intellectual Property Rights

It is PharmaZell´s inherent concern to protect its know-how and experience. The same applies to any competitive advantage and e.g. sales-figures, marketing data and business strategies.

Employees are trained on PharmaZell’s Intellectual Property Policy and disclosing procedures. They have to sign agreements obligating them not to provide the company’s proprietary information to others unless authorized to do so. This obligation applies to current and to former employees.

In addition PharmaZell of course respects the protection of Intellectual Property rights of third parties.
